Account Deletion Agreement

Effective date: 17.03.2025

Thank you for using our products and services (hereinafter as “Products”).

You may choose to delete Product account (hereinafter as “Account”). Before deleting your Account, please be sure to carefully read through and fully aware all the information contained in this “Account Deletion Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”), especially text in bold.

Deleting your Account cannot be reversed, which means the deletion is permanent. By deleting the Account, we delete or anonymize all personal information of the Account, except the data we are legally allowed or required to maintain. You will not be able to log in the Product with the Account, and Product or services previously associated with the Account will no longer be linked.

You shall have the civil capacity to enter into this Agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If not, your parents or legal guardian shall read and accept this Agreement and apply to delete the Account on behalf of you, in which case you and your legal guardian shall bear all corresponding consequences arising out of the deletion.

1. Mandatory Conditions for deletion

The Account to be deleted shall be legally owned by you and shall not violate any applicable laws, regulations and Terms of Use. Before applying to delete the Account, please make sure your Account meets all requirements below:

1.1The Account is not exposed to any risk:

(1) No operation such as modifying cell phone number or email address, or changing password in the last 15 days;

(2) The Account can be used normally without being restricted or punished.

1.2 There are no outstanding orders or transactions in the Account, including but not limited to orders for purchase of virtual items of the Products.

1.3 You have appropriately disposed of all rights and interests under your Account, including but not limited to Rainbow Card, Black Card, Cogs, Lunite, Astrite, Lunite Subscription and other earnings.

1.4 The Account is free of any disputes, including involved in any complaints, reports and investigations by national authorities, litigation, arbitration and other disputes.

If your Account does not meet the foregoing conditions, we may suspend the deletion process.

2. You acknowledge and agree the following consequences after deletion of the Account:

2.1 You cannot log in and use the Products through the Account, nor can you recover the Account and any content, information, data or records related to the Account, including but not limited to:

（1）Personal information submitted by you when using the Products through the Account, including cell phone number, e-mail address, username, chat records and other content;

（2）All content and related records generated when you use the Products through the Account, including game characters, virtual items, game levels, game history, friend relationships, published content, comments, likes, private messages, chat records and so on;

（3）All other content, information, data, and records generated when you use the Products through the Account.

2.2 If you delete the Account, all rights, earnings and other associated information under the Account will be deleted permanently and will not be recoverable, including but not limited to virtual items (such as, Rainbow Card, Black Card, Cogs, Lunite, Astrite, Lunite Subscription, characters, equipment, etc.) and creator rights and interests, regardless of whether such rights and interests have been consumed or have expired. Therefore, we would like to remind you once again that before you delete the Account, please appropriately dispose your earnings and rights under the Account. Once you choose to delete the Account, you will be deemed to have voluntarily waived all earnings and rights under the Account, and you waive your right of recovery, compensation or indemnification.

2.3 Once you choose to delete the Account, you agree to terminate the Terms of Use and other agreements that you have signed with us through the Account, and all the rights and obligations involved in the aforementioned agreements shall be terminated, unless stipulated to have continuing effect or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2.4 Other consequences arising out of the deletion of the Account (if any).

3. You shall follow the guideline provided by us to delete your Account. Before applying, please be sure to carefully read through and fully aware all the information contained in this Agreement. You shall confirm whether Account meets the conditions described in this Agreement and agree to accept all the consequences thereof. You are deemed to have agreed to and complied with the entire Agreement if you begin the deletion process, or if you check to agree with this Agreement.

4. If you change your mind after requesting deletion, you have 30 days (hereinafter, “Hesitation Period”) to reactivate your Account by logging into the Products with it, which shall be regarded as you withdraw the deletion application. If you do not reactivate it and there is no other reason we believe ineligible for deletion during Hesitation Period, after Hesitation Period the Account will be permanently deleted.

5. You understand and agree that even if the Account is deleted, it will not reduce or exempt you from the relevant liabilities or responsibilities for using the Product before deletion.

6.This Agreement is an integral part of the Terms of Use. With regards to matters not covered under this Agreement, the relevant provisions of the Terms of Use shall prevail; in the event that any discrepancies occur between the Terms of Use and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. The governing law and dispute resolution shall be the same as those in the Terms of Use.
